I just wanted to stop by for one last time in 2019 to wish you a truly magical Christmas and a wonderful year ahead. I hope you are enjoying your Christmas day.

What do you think will be in your box?
What do you need most of all?
Courage? Strength? Happiness? Passion? Confidence?
It could be anything.
Take a moment to close your eyes, take 3 deep, long breaths.
I want you to imagine receiving this gift from me, unwrapping the box, opening it up and realising it is ALL you need and want to support you in creating your best 2020.
Then I want you to take the gift from the box and place it within your body – wherever it needs to go – maybe it’s your heart, head, stomach.
Where does it feel right?
Where do you need to place the gift within you?
As you do this, I want you to notice the feelings of that gift as you become one with it.
What thoughts come to mind. Feelings? Visions? Sounds?
Feel it and make it more intense.
Then, when you are ready – open your eyes and return to the present moment – knowing that you have received exactly the gift that you need.
